At Breezeora, we stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right.
Eligible Refunds & Replacements
Refunds or replacements are available only if:
- Your item arrives damaged during shipping.
- Your item has a manufacturing defect.
- You receive the complete wrong product.
To report an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

- Your full name
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the problem
Failure to report an issue within 7 days may result in your request being denied.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds or returns for:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong product or variant
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, accidents, neglect, or unauthorized modifications
- Normal wear and tear
Refund Process
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will either:
- Send a replacement product, or
- Issue a refund to your original payment method
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
